This portal currently works with orders, eSIM profiles, data alerts and newsletter records. Connection-quality diagnostic sessions are handled through the related profile/order; public speed numbers are aggregate only. Accounting records stay for the legal retention period.
We use the code from your latest order to verify your identity.
What your data contains
- • Order history, status and price
- • eSIM profile records (ICCID, IMSI, expiry and status)
- • Email and billing details, if stored with the order
- • Data alerts, notifications and newsletter records, where present
Deleting data anonymizes orders by removing email and IP, removes linked alerts/newsletters, and separates diagnostic sessions from the profile unless they are still needed for claims or security. Accounting records stay for 10 years.
