Short answers before you fly
Does the eSIM work right after landing?
You install the QR code at home before you fly. After landing you turn on mobile data for the eSIM and the phone connects to an available local network. Pack validity follows the plan terms.
Will I lose my Czech number?
Your primary SIM can keep receiving calls, SMS and bank codes. Whether the eSIM includes calls, SMS or a number is stated on the specific plan.
Can I get eSIMs for the kids on holiday too?
Yes. Buy several eSIMs in one order and send the QR codes by email. Each family member gets their own pack with their own data.
How do I know my phone supports eSIM?
Most phones from the last five years support eSIM. In the compatibility check, enter your model and you will see right away whether it works — or what to do if it does not.
What if I run out of data on holiday?
If the plan supports top-up, you add data from your phone without a new QR code. Top-up availability is shown in the plan detail.
