  • What is an eSIM, exactly?
    A digital SIM card inside your phone. You add it by scanning a QR code — it runs alongside your main SIM so you don't lose anything.
  • Does my device support it?
    Works on all eSIM-capable phones: iPhone XS+ and most Android flagships since 2020. Check Settings → About → IMEI — if you see an eSIM slot, you're set.
  • How fast will I get the QR code?
    After payment is confirmed, the QR code is made available in your order and sent by email with the activation details and setup guide. Issuing time depends on the provider.
  • Can I keep my original phone number?
    Yes. Your existing SIM remains active. Depending on the plan, the new eSIM is data-only or may include a separate foreign number and calls/SMS; check the specific offer.
  • What do I need to sign up?
    No account is required. A standard purchase needs only email and payment. You may optionally add a name, phone, and billing address for personalization, an invoice, or a saved profile; they are not a condition of service. We do not collect date of birth, a mandatory residential address, a national identifier, or ID.
  • What if activation fails?
    Reach out via chat or support. If activation fails on our side, we review refund, reissue or another remedy based on the eSIM state and diagnostics.
