Review terms

Rules for verified orders, moderation, the prohibition of fake reviews, and safe publication of customer experiences.

Version 2026-07-11 · effective 11 July 2026

These rules are issued, and the TvojeData.cz review system is operated, by Byte development s.r.o., company ID 21661235, Příkop 843/4, Zábrdovice, 602 00 Brno. Contact: support@tvojedata.cz.

1. Scope of the rules

  • These rules apply to the public form, email invitations to submit a review, internally entered reviews, and the display of aggregate ratings.
  • We display publicly only reviews that have passed moderation and have a traceable source.

2. Review verification

  • A review labelled as a verified order must be linked to a signed review token, an order, or other internal evidence that the author could have used the service.
  • If we do not verify a review, it must not be presented as verified. For unverified or manually entered reviews, an internal record must show who added the review and why.
  • We do not publicly display the order ID, email, ICCID, QR code, activation code, IP address, or other sensitive data relating to the author.

3. Moderation

  • A review submitted through a verified purchase link is published automatically after automated checks for sensitive data, duplicates, and consent. Unverified public submissions are moderated before publication.
  • We do not remove a substantively negative review merely because it is negative. If it describes a genuine experience and contains no prohibited data, it may be approved.
  • We do not inflate ratings, rewrite sentiment, or select only positive reviews in a way that creates a misleading impression.

4. Prohibited reviews

  • Fake reviews, reviews from non-existent customers, reviews written for a customer without their consent, and partner reviews without disclosure are prohibited.
  • A review must not contain health, identity, financial, or security data, QR/ICCID/activation codes, or detailed information about another person.
  • Any reward for a review must be transparent. If the author received a benefit, discount, or reward, this fact must be reflected in the internal rules and, where appropriate, in the published disclosure.

5. Aggregate ratings

  • An aggregate star rating may be based only on approved and traceable reviews. If there is insufficient data, we display a general link to approved reviews instead of making a numerical claim.
  • A Schema.org rating must not contain a fabricated review count or an unsupported average. Rating updates must be auditable.

6. Contact and objections

  • The review author may request correction, hiding, or deletion through support@tvojedata.cz.
  • TvojeData.cz may temporarily hide a review following a security incident, legal risk, suspected fraud, or a request from the author for verification.
Reviews from a verified link are published after a security check; unverified submissions are moderated first.Public reviews
