Purchase and Payment
Yes! You don't need an account. Email is optional – you can purchase anonymously. After completing your purchase, you'll receive an order code to view the QR later.
We support card payment, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Everything is secured through the safe Stripe payment gateway.
Yes, after payment you'll receive a payment confirmation. Upon request, we can issue an invoice based on the details you provide.

Activation and Usage
Immediately after payment, we'll display a QR code with the eSIM including SM-DP+ and activation code. On your phone, go to Settings → Mobile Data → Add eSIM.
iPhone XR and newer (including SE 2020 and newer), most newer Android phones with eSIM support (Samsung, Google Pixel, etc.). The device must be unlocked (not SIM-locked).
Validity runs from eSIM activation in the device and lasts according to the chosen package (e.g. 7 or 30 days). Unused data expires after this period.
Our eSIMs are primarily designed for data connection. Some packages support SMS, but calling is not available.

Support and Refunds
First, follow the instructions on the order page and in the 'How It Works' section. If the problem persists, contact support with your order code – we'll help. If the error is on our side, we'll refund your money.
On the 'My Order' page, enter your email or order code and you can view the QR again. The code can be used repeatedly.
If you haven't activated the eSIM yet (not added to phone), we can refund your money. Once the eSIM is activated, refunds are not possible.
