Terms of Service

Terms of service, payment, delivery, refunds and out-of-court dispute resolution for our eSIM data plans.

  • Seller: Byte development s.r.o., company ID 21661235, registered office Příkop 843/4, 602 00 Brno, Czech Republic, registered in the Commercial Register at the Regional Court in Brno.
  • The purchase contract is concluded once the order is confirmed and the price is paid; its subject is the delivery of digital content (an eSIM profile) without a tangible medium.
  • The customer is responsible for device compatibility with eSIM and correct profile installation; we recommend checking /kompatibilita before purchase.
  • Data volume, validity and quantity follow the chosen plan and the network provider rules.
  • Prices shown on the site are final. Byte development s.r.o. is currently not VAT-registered, so invoices do not include charged VAT.
  • Support handles order, activation and billing questions through support@tvojedata.cz, typically within 24 hours on business days.

Payment Terms

How and with what you can pay.

  • We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
  • Payment is processed in Czech crowns (CZK); EUR or USD invoicing is available on request using the current Czech National Bank exchange rate.
  • Payment processor: Stripe Payments Europe Ltd., 1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Dublin, Ireland. We do not store card data.
  • Payment is due immediately upon order completion; once confirmed, you will receive an invoice by email.
  • Once paid, the order is binding. Any refund is governed by the Refunds section below.

Delivery Terms

Delivery of the digital product (eSIM) by email.

  • eSIM is a digital product; delivery is electronic via email to the address provided in the order.
  • Delivery cost: free. No physical shipment or pickup.
  • Delivery time: usually within seconds after payment confirmation, no later than 30 minutes. The email contains a QR code, activation link and a short guide.
  • If the eSIM email does not arrive, it can be re-sent from /ucet (after login) or from the order success page; if issues persist, contact support@tvojedata.cz.
  • Delivery is considered completed when the email is sent from our side to the buyer's specified address.

Privacy

  • We use your email to deliver the order, support you, and handle billing-related contact when needed.
  • We keep orders, billing data and eSIM profile records only as long as needed for contract fulfilment and legal retention (10 years for tax documents).
  • PostHog session replay and GA4 measurement run under separate project settings. Umami starts only after analytics consent.
  • We also use `td_session` with the Appwrite session secret for login, `csrf_token` for form protection and `cookie_consent` to store your consent choice.
  • As a data subject you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing of, port, and object to the processing of your data (Articles 15–22 GDPR). Exercise these in the GDPR portal at /gdpr (data export and deletion) or at support@tvojedata.cz.
  • The supervisory authority is the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (ÚOOÚ), Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7, www.uoou.gov.cz, where you have the right to lodge a complaint (Article 77 GDPR).

Refunds and claims

  • For digital content (eSIM), the customer has no right of withdrawal under § 1837(l) of the Czech Civil Code once performance has started with the customer's explicit consent before the withdrawal period has expired; this is acknowledged at order completion.
  • If the eSIM cannot technically be activated or there is a fault on our side or the network provider's side, you are entitled to a refund or re-issuance of a new profile.
  • File a claim at support@tvojedata.cz with the order number and a description of the problem; we will respond within 14 days at the latest and resolve without unnecessary delay.
  • Refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5 business days after the claim is approved.

Out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes

Your rights under Czech consumer protection law.

  • The Czech Trade Inspection Authority (ČOI), Štěpánská 567/15, 120 00 Prague 2, www.coi.cz, adr.coi.cz, is the competent authority for out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes.
  • Consumers may also use the EU online dispute resolution platform (ODR) at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
  • The seller is not bound by any codes of conduct within the meaning of § 1826(1)(e) of the Czech Civil Code.
  • Compliance with Czech Act No. 634/1992 Coll. on Consumer Protection is supervised by the Czech Trade Inspection Authority.
