Do I need a Czech monthly plan or ID upload?
You do not need a Czech monthly plan, branch visit, or Czech bank account. A standard purchase needs only email and payment, not your name, home address, date of birth, or an ID upload.
Does the eSIM work right after I land in Prague?
You can install the QR code at home before the trip. After you land you turn on mobile data for the eSIM and the phone connects to an available Czech network. Pack validity follows the plan terms.
Will I lose my home number?
Your primary SIM can keep receiving calls, SMS and bank codes. Whether the eSIM includes calls, SMS or a number is stated on the specific plan.
Can I pay with a foreign card?
Yes. Card payment is handled by Stripe and works with a foreign or Czech card. We do not store card numbers.
How do I know my phone supports eSIM?
Most phones from the last five years support eSIM. In the compatibility check, enter your model and you will see right away whether it works — or what to do if it does not.
