Short answers to parents' questions
How much data should I get for my child?
For everyday chatting, maps and social media without video, a smaller monthly pack is enough for most kids. If your child streams a lot, pick more. Once used up, nothing else runs automatically.
What if my child runs out of data?
If the plan supports top-up, you add data straight from your account without a new QR code. Top-up availability is shown in the plan detail.
How do I know my child's phone supports eSIM?
Most phones from the last five years support eSIM. In the compatibility check, enter the model and you will see right away whether it works — or what to do if it does not.
How do the QR codes reach the whole family?
After payment the QR codes arrive by email, usually within minutes. You simply forward each code or show it on the member's phone, and they install the eSIM.
Do I have to cancel anything or keep paying?
No. A one-off data pack runs out by itself and nothing else is charged. Only Flex renews monthly — you cancel it anytime in management with no notice period.
